This DataONE OpenWetWare site contains informal notes for several research projects funded through DataONE. DataONE is a collaboration among many partner organizations, and is funded by the US National Science Foundation (NSF) under a Cooperative Agreement.

Welcome to the open notebook for DataONE research!

This open notebook captures some of the research associated with the NSF's DataONE cyberinfrastructure project. In particular, we are kicking it off with details on Summer 2010 Internship projects.

• Add yourself to the DataONE:People page!
• If you start a new page and want the DataONE header menu at the top of the page, make the following the first line of the new page: ((DataONE)) but using double curly braces instead of parentheses
  • click on "edit" tab at the very top of this page to see how it is done
• NEW To upload a file, click on "Upload file" on left menu, then to include link to uploaded file like this: Media:filename.pdf
  • Remember to only upload things for which there are no copyright restrictions since this site is publicly accessible and open under OpenWetWare:Copyrights. So no article uploads unless it is Open Access freely redistributable or similar.
