The following requirements must be completed before any new member can begin lab work:

1. Lab Specific Chemical Hygiene Training and Emergency Action Plan
2. Complete Training Needs Assessment (requires MIT certificate)
3. Read Biology Safety and complete Questionnaire
4. Read Chemical Hygiene Plans
5. Compliance Form

Additional Requirements:

1. Biosafety for Researchers (classroom)

Optional Requirements:

1. Radiation Training (Classroom)

Please note that lab members whose work is strictly computational and does not involve any lab work need to complete only the following:

1. Traning Needs Assessment (requires MIT Certificate)
2. Lab Specific Chemical Hygiene Training
