The Keio collection is a collection of systematic single-gene knock-out mutants of E. coli K-12 done by the Functional Genomic Analysis of E. coli in Japan project [1].

You can request strains from them.

Request form - note that they are quoting a shipping delay of 2 months due to so many requests.

Alternatively, you can obtain the relevant plasmids for doing the knockouts yourself from the CGSC (pKD13 and pKD46 are needed most likely)[2].
