Passed EMB090003 and EMB090005 cells into new flasks, seeding 250K cells per flask. Left the 5 uL had previously seeded into a flask for over the holiday weekend, as they are not yet too dense (the 50 and 100 uL are much too dense. Had extracted one in RLT, and dissociated the 100ul flask, seeded 5 uL of these, and pelleted then extracted that also in RLT. In -20C freezer with other extractions of earlier passages of these cells).
Performed total counts of the cells but must find where I wrote that down.
