*We will discuss your ga5-1 complementation reports at the beginning of class.
*Please bring your preabstract for the  Western Blot section (we will do the Development of Western Blot part next week) and answer Questions 23 to 27 (sorry there are two questions #24, label them a and b).
*Make sure you have calculated the protein concentration of your extracts using your standard curve. Insert a copy of the standard curve in your notebook. Include also the equation you used for the calculations.
*Finish your calculations for your alpha-amylase activity assays. We will have time during class to go through those.  
*Please bring your preabstract for the  Amylase Enzyme Assay section and answer Questions 21 and 22.
*Please bring all your graded quizzes, preabstracts and questions I you haven't done so. I would like to have a look at them.
