News:
For our next class Tuesday April 27th:

• Please bring your preabstract for the Development of Western Blot section.
• Finish your calculations for your alpha-amylase activity assays. We will have time during class to go through those.
• Please bring all your graded quizzes, preabstracts and questions I you haven't done so. I would like to have a look at them.

On Thursday we will have a review session. Please bring any questions that you might have. Here are some questions to help you review the "ga5-1 complementation" section. Please answer them for Thursday.They should address all the misconceptions I have found in your reports. We will work on them in groups in class. I will prepare another set for the "alpha-amylase" section for Thursday.

FINAL is Monday May 3rd 10am-noon.

Important dates:

   * 02/04/2010: Last day to drop a curse with 100% refund. No refunds after this date.

   * 3/08/2010, 03/12/2010: Spring Break. No classes. University open.

   * 05/03/2010: Final exam, 10:00am -noon.
