On Thursday (21th) you will start doing a western-blot to detect alpha-amylase in your barley extracts (labmanual pages 6-8). We will do the development of the western-blot next Tuesday. Please have your summary and protocol ready for this.
 
The optional re-write of the ga5-complementation report are due May 6th before the final exam.
