Curriculum Vitae

Florian was born 1989 in Linz, Upper Austria. When he was a child, he wanted to be an astrophysicist to solve the last mysteries of the universe. The universe was too big and physics to hard for a child, so he started his career as a programmer at the technical high-school in Perg, Upper Austria for informatics and organization. Like the universe was too big, informatics was too small for him, so he wanted to know more than just IT. This was the beginning of his medical informatics study at the TU Vienna in 2009. To satisfy his desire for research he joined the Nijman Lab's war on cancer in summer 2010 as a technical assistant.
