DNA Isolation of G.tigrina platyhelminthes 9/20/11

  • Upon completion of 72 hours, both halves of the planarian were placed into a petri dish and observed under the microscope. Both halves were alive. Then DNA isolation was begun on both halves of the organism using the DNeasy Blood and Tissue Kit (250) and its accompanying protocol. Sample labeled: [GT1]
