Restriction Digest (cont.)

  • After allowing the precipitated samples to air dry overnight, 20µl of water was added to each sample and stored away until Tuesday. On Tuesday, we will complete the final steps of the restriction digest using EcoR1 and Pst1 enzymes and then run a gel to observe our results.
