* Today, we checked on our transformation plates to see if any colonies grew. While our controls worked well, our GFP/ATF1 recombinant samples did not grow as expected. Only two colonies total were found (1/1/1-A and 1/5/2-A), and they were small so it was decided to leave them in the oven until Monday.  All other plates were refridgerated.
