Welcome to the Gerber Lab homepage on OpenWetWare! We explore post-transcriptional gene regulatory networks and their implications in disease. We use genome-wide analysis tools like DNA microarrays to explore basic principles and apply 'classical' biochemical, genetic and cell-biological methods to further investigate functional aspects of the RNA-protein networks.
