Materials

1000 mL:

  • dH2O 700 ml
  • Na2HPO4 • 7H2O 128 g
  • KH2PO4 30 g
  • NaCl 5 g
  • NH4Cl 10 g

Procedure

Add salts to water, dissolve, adjust to 1000 ml. Autoclave, store at RT. If using anhydrous Na2HPO4, multiply the weight for this component by 0.53.
