Materials

1000 mL:

  • Tris base 60.56 g
  • NaCl 58.0 g
  • MgSO4 10 g
  • dH2O to 1000 ml

Procedure

Dissolve in 800 ml dH2O, adjust pH to 7.5 with HCl, add water to a final volume of 1000 ml. Autoclave, store at room temp.
