Gill:Lambda diluent (SM buffer)

Materials
| 1000 mL | |
|---|---|
| 1M Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 | 50 ml (25 mM) |
| NaCl | 5.8 g (100 mM) |
| MgSO4 | 1 g (8 mM) |
| Gelatin (2% sol’n) | 5 ml (0.01 %) |
| dH2O | 475 ml |
Procedure
Mix all ingredients, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at room temp.
