Materials

1000 mL:

  • 50 ml (25 mM) 1M Tris-HCl, pH 7.5
  • 5.8 g (100 mM) NaCl
  • 1 g (8 mM) MgSO4
  • 5 ml (0.01 %) Gelatin (2% sol’n)
  • 475 ml dH2O

Procedure

Mix all ingredients, then aliquot 100 ml into square milk bottles & autoclave. Let bottles cool and tighten caps, store at room temp.
