Gill:Vogel-Bonner glucose (VBG) minimal medium

Materials

| 50X VBG salts | 2 ml | 10 ml |
| 20% glucose | 5 ml | 25 ml |
| Noble agar | 2 g | 10 g |
| dH2O | 93 ml | 465 ml |
Procedure
Add agar to water, autoclave, cool slightly (about 5-10 min at RT); pre-warm 50X VBG salts to 50 – 55 ºC. While gently mixing, slowly aseptically add VBG salts and glucose, mix and pour.
