  • CRISPR KAH154 cells - freeze stocks
  • CRISPR KAH154 cells - dox-induce experimental and control samples


CRISPR KAH154 cells - freeze stocks

  • Harvested cells from 10 cm plates (100% confluent), 6 samples total
  1. CRISPR 1
  2. CRISPR 2
  3. CRISPR 4
  4. CRISPR 1d
  5. CRISPR 2d
  6. CRISPR 4d
  • Resuspended pelleted cells in 5 mL freezing buffer, only used 2 mL of each (2 cryotubes) for frozen stocks
  • Cells are at -80°C, to be tranferred to -150°C on Wednesday


CRISPR KAH154 cells - dox-inductions

  • Induced the following samples (6-well plates, 100% confluent) with 1 μg/mL dox, except where noted
  1. CRISPR 1
  2. CRISPR 2
  3. CRISPR 4
  4. CRISPR 1d
  5. CRISPR 2d
  6. CRISPR 4d
  7. KAH154 (no dox) - RFP-negative ctrl.
  8. KAH154 +dox - RFP-positive ctrl.
  • Also have extra plate with all CRISPR samples without dox
  • Will do flow cytometry (tomorrow) on all samples on the Accuri machine for consistent data
