CRISPR KAH154 - flow cytometry on dox-induced cells

  • Harvest cells from 6-well plates, pellet in 5 mL growth medium, and resuspend in 1 mL FACS buffer
  • Sample list:
  1. CRISPR 1
  2. CRISPR 2
  3. CRISPR 4
  4. CRISPR 1d
  5. CRISPR 2d
  6. CRISPR 4d
  7. KAH154 (no dox) RFP-negative
  8. KAH154 +dox, RFP-positive
