Gradient PCR of g029 treated Luc14 gDNA. 6 temperatures, 50ul reactions.

Ran gel, only saw additional bands at 53°C, didn't see any drop off in yield.
Set up 50ul PCR reactions for g023, g025, g030, untreated luc14 gDNA. annealing temp 63.
