Nested PCR of g032 samples. Dilute each P197/198 reaction 1:1000. PCR with P149/174.
Nested PCR of g046 samples. Dilute each P197/198 reaction 1:1000. PCR with P153/160.
Ran on gel, no bands in negative ctrl lanes
PCR purified
