Today I prepared the liquid colonies that I made on Friday for sequencing. I transferred the liquid to 2mL tubes and spun the tubes, poured out the LB broth and isolated the pellet of cells. Then I mini prepped them. The following shows the concentrations of each tube after the mini-prep. <br>

Today I prepared the liquid colonies that I made on Friday for sequencing. I transferred the liquid to 2mL tubes and spun the tubes, poured out the LB broth and isolated the pellet of cells. Then I mini prepped them. The following shows the concentrations of each tube after the mini-prep.
