Digest verification for senders that I mini-prepped yesterday looks promising: Two bands for CerI were expected since there are two EcoRI sites in the synthase. EsaI 2 and 3 looked like they were successful; these bands are longer than the others—since part of EsaI appeared to be truncated last time, the shorter bands probably represent the truncated plasmid.
