Gel-verify pLux_MRV + LuxR's colony PCR from Friday.

For Lux, colonies 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, and 8 seem to be successful

Make more liquid cultures for: pEsa_MRV + EsaR and RhlI.

  • For Esa, colonies: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 appear to be successful according to their colony PCR gel image.
