Summary

  • LB Broth did not have amp resistance, so I repeated the steps performed on Thursday September 6th, 2012 with LB broth w/ amp resistance.


  • Add 2 ml LB Broth + Amp into 15 ml tubes
  • Use pipette tips into single bacteria colony and then place in tube.
