I am starting over with my CMV/MV9 ligation so I decided to retransform all components though only BL05 had a low concentration in previous miniprep. Followed standard transformation procedure in cloning bootcamp with the exception of a longer incubation time and the use of 60μL cells rather than 50μL. | |||
