- Did restriction/ digest on KAH 9/ KAH 10
- Used both tubes KAH9/KAH 10A, KAH 9B, KAH 10B
- Incubated for 20 mins. to ensure effectiveness
- Ran gel for 20 mins. AT 100V
- 1KBT 9A 10A 9B 10B
- Added 8ul of ladder, 15ul of dna
- Gel was unsuccessful, so will have to redo.
