    • In a 30 μL reaction, cut H2B with XbaI and SpeI
    • In a 30 μL reaction, cut LOV with XbaI and SpeI
    • In a 30 μL reaction, cut a pSB1A2 plasmid (from Rene) XbaI and SpeI
