Growing Liquid Cultures of fshPCD

  • fshPCD / BBa_J176002
    • Transformation done on 9/25/13
    • Result for Plate 1: Good growth without much overgrowth, although some satellite colonies. Overall success.
    • Result for Plate 2: No growth except for two or three colonies. Overall success.
  • Culture 1 = Colony 1 from Plate 1, fshPCD / BBa_J176002, ampicillin resistance
  • Culture 2 = Colony 2 from Plate 1, fshPCD / BBa_J176002, ampicillin resistance
