Growing Liquid Culture of mCh

  • mCh / BBa_J176005
    • Transformation done on 10/15/13
    • Result for Plate 1: Good growth over much of the plate. Overall success.
    • Result for Plate 2: Growth over about half of the plate, indicating an error in procedure.

Because there was growth on the negative control plate, indicating a fault in the transformation, the plates were disposed of and the transformation was redone.
