Genomic DNA Harvest and Passaging

  • Lacking genomic DNA from 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 6-1, 6-2, 6-5, 6-6.
  • Had to freeze down at a collection step--will finish extraction, concentration measurement tomorrow.
  • Passaged the rest of the cell lines.
