Good expected growth on streak plate, and good growth in both liquid cultures.

Faint lines at roughly 200bp were observed for wells 1-3 consistent with the expected results for flyPCD, and faint lines were visible at roughly 700bp for wells 4-6 consistent with the expected results for AmCyan. Also strong lines were observed at around 4000-5000, which match the vector backbone.
