SummaryThe U2OS and KAH126/U2OS cultures are on day 5 of their transfections/inductions, respectively, so it's time to harvest for RNA. The U2OS culture is probably done after this, as the remaining wells had very poor transfection efficiencies.

Also, unrelated to the above samples, but the RNA collected from the previous KAH126/U2OS induction was from wells 1, 2 and 5, rather than 1, 2 and 4. The sample labeled "Well 4" is still a negative control.
