There appears to be a direct correlation between amount of DNA used and transfection efficiency. All recorded efficiencies were very low, however (<5%). Amount of LTX does not appear to have a significant effect, although this is difficult to verify as no samples used a constant amount of DNA while varying lipofectamine.
