OverviewCulture density of K562: 870,000 cells/mL. To do two mock transfections (plus buffer), need a total of 5,000,000 cells, or 5.75 mL of culture, spun down, resuspended in 5 mL PBS, spun down and resuspended again in 250 µL Resuspension Buffer R. Also passage cells.
