09/23/14 - Jonah Thomas

  • Prepared pen-strep free DMEM
  • Performed transfection of HEK293 Gal4-EED -dox and +dox cells



Transfection

  • Transfecting 6 wells total with KAH60/vnPc from Vial #2
    • 3 -dox wells
    • 3 +dox wells
    • All other wells will be mock transfected

9.1μL of plasmid will be brought up to 20μL using water
