GO Term Categorizing

  • I made custom categorizers for GO Term Analysis. They are separated by biological process, molecular process, and cellular component. These are to be used anytime GO Term analysis needs to be done. Follow the directions on CATEGORIZER and enter in the custom categorizers as .txt files.
  • Note: In order for this analysis to work all Gene Name IDs need to be in the form of GO Accession. Go to BIOMART ENSEMBL and follow these DIRECTIONS. Make sure you check off "GO Term Accession" under the EXTERNAL category.
