Splitting Cells

Seed Culture

  1. 12-well plate
  2. 75mL flask

5X diluted cells
1. 25mL diluted cells

  • 5mL cells + 20mL medium in a 50mL conical vial
  • Pipette up and down
  • Transfer 2mL of cells into each cell, store in 37 CO2 incubator

2. 8mL medium + 2mL cells in 75mL flask labeled "PS4"
