  • See excel document for number correlation
  1. Add nm x 100 = uL of dH2O (100uM stock in blue cap tube) to re-suspend primer
  2. Heat @ 37C for ~5min, vortex
  3. In a fresh 1.5mL tube add 160uL of dH2O + 40uL of stock primer (20uL of 20uM working solution)
