Primer Prep

  • See excel document for number correlation
  1. Add nm x 100 = μL of dH2O (100μM stock in blue cap tube) to re-suspend primer
  2. Heat @ 37°C for ~5min, vortex
  3. In a fresh 1.5mL tube add 160μL of dH2O + 40μL of stock primer (20μL of 20μM working solution)
