Signal Value vs. Promoter Regions Returned

  • CDKN2A, MYT1, OLIG1, and OLIG2 still show up in the data when the signal value cutoff is raised to 7. Below is a graph displaying how many promoter regions are returned when the signal value is increased from 4 to 7. There is a pretty consistent and steady decline. Need to decide which signal value cutoff I am going to use for assigning GO Terms.
