*In order to get more accurate signal value readings for hotspots (not raw signal) I defined regions 250 bps to the left and right of the promoter region of each housekeeping gene. Below are the results I obtained. I can now redo GALAXY for BJ and HUVEC.  
*I can now do a better check on a wider variety of cell types since I have the needed check regions
*Sidenote: HUVEC comes from epithelial cells which is naturally higher in signal value.
