  • MYT1 is known to be highly methylated, however, not so much at the promoter. Therefore, we will bump signal value up for BJ and HUVEC up to 3 and 5 respectively
  • Because many HUVEC gene are silenced until later on in life, we may be able to assume that the HUVEC specific genes will be activated as they mature (it's a good assumption to make since the amount of HUVEC specific genes equal that of the BJ specific)
