Entry title

Part plates from 12.05.24 had colonies. Negative control plate did not.


At 9:30 I picked colonies (labeled 1) from each plate and let them shake in 2ml of LB+amp at 37deg.

At 3:30 I miniprepped the plasmids, eluted in EB, and put them at -20deg.
