To request characterized antibodies or other published reagents from us, please contact Alexis at lachapel_AT_ohsu_DOT_edu. Please include enough detail so we can send you the best antibody for your needs, estimate how much you'll need, and send us your FedEx number and shipping information.
Antibodies directed against human FA proteins
Other antibodies are available from the OHSU Fanconi Antibody Project. The majority of these antibodies were made against peptides and were then affinity purified. Stacie and Alexis have tested most of them against the epitope-tagged, overexpressed target proteins. For results of our antibody tests, click here. In summary, we like antibodies for:
- FANCC, #2 (#1 has some ugly non-specific bands)
- FANCD2, both
- FANCF
- FANCG, #2
FANCG #1 and FANCE antibodies did not work for us. Testing of FANCJ and USP antibodies will commence soon.
