Assiging roles for SCS-2 and SCS-2 organization.
- roles that need to be assigned
  - program chair
  - webmaster
  - person in charge of review process
  - "super-organizer"
Decision on abstract submission (and conference management) system.
- Parthi or Venkata should summarize discussion that took place at the end of the conference on Febuary 24th.
- Nils will report on options (ISCB system, INDICO)
Progress report on search for keynote speakers/session chairs by Venkata and Nils.
