Lysozyme Templated ZnS QDs
1. 400 µL of 5 mM Zn(CH3COO)2 was mixed with 1600 µL of 5 mM NH4(CH3COO). 2. The pH of the solutions was adjusted to the different values by using 10 mM CH3COOH for the pH 5 and 6, 100 mM CH3COOH for the pH 4, 10 mM NH4OH for the pH 7 and 8, and 100 mM NaOH for the pH 9 and 10. 3. 50 µL of 200 µM Lysozyme was added to the solution and the total volume was adjusted to 4.6 mL. 4. 1 hour incubation at 25°C. 5. 400 µL of Na2S was added dropwise. 6. The solution was stirred vigorously for 10 min at 25°C. 7. Long-term sample storage at 4°C for 7 days. .
