  • Ligations started for TES with RBS and control. Following are the tables.

  10.0 μL --> 16°C/ ~overnight

  10.0 μL --> 16°C/ overnight
  • Transformations of Tet (Tube 4) on competency cells.
  • 50μL of cells with 1μL of Tet, 50μL with 5μL of Tet, and one with 50μL cells with 10μL of Tet. Plated these cells on chloramphenicol plates.
