TesA+RBS:

  • Transformed ligation that was in freezer.

ACC Plasmid:

  • Ran a gel of amplified plasmid parts to ensure that the PCR worked.

Ethanol:

  • Re-transformed PACYC plasmid into BL21 cell line.
