accD Gel Prep Work

  • Product from Final accD PCR was cleaned and concentrated using a Zymo kit (no change to procedure, eluted in 25)
  • Digest SOE accD with EcoRI and Pst1 to check if E cut site was removed and to prepare for ligation with pSB1C3 digested at E and P
